General Benefits
Along with competitive salaries, our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, tuition reimbursement for education and training, medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) deferred savings plan with TEG contributions and incentive/bonus programs.
Paid Time Off
TEG offers a Paid Time Off policy. PTO may be used for vacation, personal leave, medical appointments or absence due to injury or illness of the employee or their family member. Unused leave is cumulative.
Professional Development Assistance Program
We pay for job-related college courses, with reimbursement based on grades. Employees earning an A get 100% reimbursement; B’s earn 75%. We provide quality training programs throughout our employees’ career development. Using a variety of instructional techniques and technologies, we help employees refine their skills, grow their knowledge and support the goals of TEG and its customers.
Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
TEG provides health care insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our plan lets you choose from a wide range of doctors, with small co-payments and no forms to submit. Preventive care includes annual physicals and well-child check-ups. We offer a prescription drug plan that provides our employees with low co-pays for generic and brand name drugs. In addition, the plan allows employees to order long-term prescriptions through the mail. TEG offers a vision plan with low co-pays for routine vision exams and lenses. We offer a dental preferred provider organization which allows our employees a wide selection of providers and covers preventive, basic and major services.
Other Insurance
TEG offers free short and long-term disability and life insurance.
Retirement Savings
TEG encourages employees to contribute a tax-deferred portion of their income to a 401(k) plan, including mutual funds managed by Smith Barney. TEG pays all administrative costs. Company contributions to an employee’s 401(k) account are immediately 100% vested.
