Under 25 years of her direction and vision, TEG has evolved from a respected computer training company to a leading IT support services provider. Ms. Engle provides leadership to support the TEG corporate mission, ensuring the continued balance of customer focus and employee support that is the cornerstone of TEG’s success.Prior to founding The Engle Group, she designed and developed the curriculum for the USDA-Information Technology Center – the flagship, and first, federal end-user technology support organization.

Ms. Engle attended George Mason University’s Integrated Studies program specializing in Instructional System Design.  Marty Engle is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Engle Group.

Jennifer Luce is Vice President of Operations. She provides oversight and leadership across all operational units.Ms. Luce has been with TEG since 1996. Prior to her current role she held the position of Director of Instructional Services, overseeing the design and delivery of IT training solutions for a broad spectrum of federal agencies including law enforcement, court systems and international banking institutions.

She received a Bachelor of Science from Salisbury State University and completed post-baccalaureate studies at Marymount University in pursuit of a Masters in Business Administration.

Ashwin Karkera is the Vice President for Technology Initiatives and has been with TEG since 2001. He leads and provides oversight on our Information Technology initiatives and implementations. Aligning innovative solutions to enhance business productivity, Mr. Karkera ensures our value added services to the customers not only meets their expectations but Goes Beyond.

Ashwin has extensive experience implementing business-technology centric solutions in financial and educational sectors, project/program management, and federal government including but not limited to Operations, Networks, Systems, Application Design and Development, Service Level Management, Policy Management and Security Operations. The business-technology centric solutions help us align our customers with tomorrow while ensuring the technology investments are aligned with the primary business goals and not just technology adoption.

Ashwin holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Applications from Greycells Technologies. He also holds the globally recognized certifications of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and ITIL foundations.
